Customer of the Future

As part of the newest Growing Beyond the Basics initiative, BASF wants to help PMPs understand the ever-changing marketplace and, more specifically, the customers in it. This year in PCT Magazine, BASF is sponsoring 6 bi-monthly insert customer cards. These removable reference cards outline, discuss, and provide helpful guidance about the customer of the future while also explaining how the PMP can effectively build their business by marketing to this group.

Marketing to Women

BASF has worked hard to draw attention to women as one of the most important, but often overlooked, pest control marketing audiences. We've partnered with acclaimed author Marti Barletta to educate pest professionals on improved marketing to women, and the added business it can generate. BASF has also partnered with Donna Milgram, Executive Director of the Institute for Women in Trades, Technology & Science, to help pest professionals learn how to Recruit and Retain Women in Non-Traditional Jobs.

Safety First

BASF cares about the safety and protection of your employees. In order to promote a safe working environment for all of our partners, we have created a series of "Safety First" posters, with topics such as "Spill Prevention & Clean-Up" and "Personal Protective Equipment."
